Shipping
We hold inventory in our own Roseville facility and dispatch in-stock orders the same business day. No drop-ship delays, no back-order surprises on stocked items.
Processing & dispatch
- Same-day dispatch on in-stock orders placed before 2:00pm Pacific, Monday–Friday.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and US holidays, dispatch the next business day.
- You receive tracking by email as soon as the label is created.

Transit times are estimates from the carrier and begin the day after dispatch. Bulk and freight-class orders (loaded cabinets, cases of cones, large spill kits) may ship LTL freight; we will quote freight before charging.
Rates
Live carrier rates are calculated at checkout from the weight and destination of your order. Flat-rate and account-based freight programs are available to verified trade accounts.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.
Problems in transit
If a shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email support@shoppriorityppe.store with your order number and we will open a carrier claim and make it right.
