Are your products genuinely rated?

Yes. Every product lists the ANSI, ISEA, NIOSH or OSHA standard it is built to meet, on both the product page and the department register. If a standard is listed, the product meets it.

Do you sell to businesses and to individuals?

Both. Anyone can check out by card. Businesses can additionally apply for a Net-30 trade account — see Contact.

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock orders placed before 2:00pm Pacific ship the same business day from our Roseville facility. See Shipping for transit times.

Can I return safety gear?

Unused gear in unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days. Worn or seal-broken protective equipment cannot be returned for hygiene and liability reasons. Defective items are always covered. See Returns & Refunds.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes — the site is TLS-encrypted, card data is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant processor, and every card order is checked with AVS, CVV and 3-D Secure. See Payment & Security.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently. We ship to all 50 US states.
