These terms govern your use of shoppriorityppe.store and any purchase you make from Priority PPE, LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products & specifications

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including the safety standard it is built to meet. It is the buyer’s responsibility to select equipment appropriate to their specific hazard, environment and regulatory requirements. Nothing on this site is a substitute for a professional hazard assessment.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or the order appears fraudulent.

Payment

Card orders are billed once, at the time of purchase, as described on our Payment & Security page. Net-30 accounts are billed per their account terms.

Shipping & returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, both incorporated into these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priority PPE, LLC’s liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the misuse of protective equipment or from selection of the wrong equipment for a given hazard.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
